Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Colonoscopy is required due to physical examination or clinical symptoms, and there are no contraindications between colonoscopy and oral laxatives; 2. First colonoscopy; 3. Age =18 years old; 4. Persons with autonomous capacity; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease; 2. Patients who have a history of epilepsy or are at high risk of epileptic seizures or who take tricyclic antidepressants for depression; 3. Drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility are being used (kinetotropic drugs, erythromycin antibiotics, laxatives, calcium channel blockers); 4. severe intestinal obstruction or stenosis; 5. Combined with severe organic lesions of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc.
