Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old. 2. Patients admitted to the cardiovascular department of our hospital in accordance with the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease were proposed to undergo coronary angiography. Carotid artery ultrasound or head and carotid CT angiography were performed to indicate severe cerebrovascular stenosis, and the cerebrovascular disease department evaluated the patients with indications of cerebrovascular angiography. 3. Patients admitted to the Department of Cerebrovascular Disease of our hospital for elective cerebrovascular angiography were considered coronary heart disease and were evaluated by cardiovascular physicians in accordance with the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction; 2. Acute cerebrovascular accident; 3. Abnormal renal function, creatinine > 177umol/L; 4. Severe Heart failure, New York Heart Association (NYHA) heart function rating III or higher. 5. Complex coronary lesions are expected to require IABP placement. 6. Patients with severe bleeding tendency or recent history of bleeding disease. 7. Pregnancy.
