Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for scoliosis; (2) Age 10-18 years old; (3) 10°<Cobb angle <30°; (4) Patients and their families understand all intervention and evaluation contents; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Scoliosis caused by congenital spinal diseases; (2) Secondary scoliosis caused by other spinal diseases; (3) Patients who have received interventions such as exercise, braces or surgery in the past; (4) Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, lung, liver, kidney and mental illness; (5) Patients or their families refuse treatment or follow-up visits.
