Intervention Group:Interpersonal Psychotherapy Intervention
Control group:Routine perinatal mental care. The same measures were introduced to control participants at the end of the experiment.

21 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >20 years; 2. Single pregnancy; 3. Those who had regular obstetric checkups at this hospital and decided to deliver at this hospital; 4. Gestational week=9.5; 6.Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a diagnostic mental illness or history of mental illness; 2.Have a major physical illness such as severe heart, brain, or vascular disease; 3.Have taken antipsychotic medication within the last 6 months.
