18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Scheduled for removal of internal fixation devices in the upper extremity surgery below the shoulder, society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status ? or ?,ages between 18 and 65 years, body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30 and agree to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: had a known allergy to local anesthetic, sensory or motor impairment, coagulation disorders, moderate to severe decline in preoperative cardiopulmonary function, mild block anesthetic effect and atypical diaphragm CMAP.
