18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, ASA 1-3 ; 2, age 18-85 years old ; 3.Unilateral video-assisted thoracoscopic lung surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, no written consent ; 2.Regional anesthesia contraindications ( local anesthetic allergy, local or systemic infection, coagulation dysfunction, inability to cooperate, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency ) ; 3. Body mass index > 35kg / m2 ; 4. The 15-item Quality of Recovery ( QoR-15 ) could not be understood. 5.Psychiatric disorders : such as schizophrenia, depression, history of chronic analgesic drug use, history of alcoholism, opioid dependence ; 6.Parkinson, history of cerebral infarction, Alzheimer 's disease, insomnia.
