18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender unlimited; 2. Age range from 18 to 70 years old; 3. BMI:18-28Kg/m^2; 4. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) Grades I-III; 5. The coagulation function is normal.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with coagulation dysfunction; 2. Individuals with immune dysfunction; 3. Long term use of immunosuppression Agent; 4. Individuals with severe organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, and kidney; 5. Accompanied by mental system diseases; 6. Individuals with a history of spinal surgery; 7. Individuals who are allergic to the drugs used in this study or Individuals with allergic constitution.
