Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 and 35 years old. 2.No significant physical or mental health issues. 3.No history of hydrogen-oxygen therapy or aerobic exercise within the past 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. 2.Any neurological or psychiatric disorders that may affect cognitive function. 3.A history of drug use that may affect the outcomes of the experiment. 4.Individuals who may have difficulty attending experimental interventions on time or are likely to be non-compliant with the experimental procedures (e.g., irregular lifestyle, significant work or academic pressure affecting participation in the experiment).
