Interventions

Control group:In accordance with the routine rehabilitation of the rehab center.
Exercise group :Perform Tai Chi for 8 weeks, and Tai chi exercise intervention five times a week, and the weekly sessions consisted of 4 sessions lasting 30 minutes each and 1 session lasting 60 minut

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Have primarily used methamphetamine as their main drug for the past three years. 2.Have been using drugs for more than 6 months. 3.Are not in acute withdrawal, with at least 6 weeks since their last drug use. 4.Are between the ages of 18 and 60.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Having severe basic diseases; 2. Cannot do 8-week Tai Chi exercise; 3. Have to use prescription medication for addiction treatment.
