Group Right:The paravertebral muscles were first exposed from the right side of the spine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Surgery on related segments of the lumbar is required due to illness, which involved the placement of pedicle screws

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Install a temporary cardiac pacemaker before surgery; 2. Lumbar vertebral arch fracture; 3. Lumbar related segment vertebral slippage; 4. History of infection in lumbar related segments; 5. History of surgery in lumbar related segments
