Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) Complete clinical data and comprehensive MRI reports; (b) Thorough biopsy records and results with or without RP records and results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) Previous history of PCa treatment (such as hormone therapy, radiation therapy, cryotherapy, or surgery). (b) The interval between MRI and biopsy procedures exceeds two weeks. (c) Unable to obtain a clear diagnosis of PCa.
