Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjective tinnitus, with or without sensorineural hearing loss; 2. tinnitus lasting more than 3 months; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for tinnitus above moderate, that is, THI score of 38 or above; 4. Male or female, 18 years old= age = 75 years old; 5. The subject voluntarily cooperated with the study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by conductive hearing loss; 2. Have a history of otitis media, middle ear cholesteatoma and other ear diseases or ear surgery; 3. History of severe central nervous system diseases such as brain tumor, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc.; 4. Objective tinnitus due to vascular malformation or other reasons; 5. Other conditions judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for enrollment (patients with chronic diseases who need to take drugs for a long time).
