Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with mild cognitive impairment aged 65 and above. 2. Ability to communicate in Mandarin (Sichuanese) 3. Belong to the community 4. Non-bedridden individuals 5. There are long-term family caregivers, meaning they provide care for at least 4 days a week or 7 hours a day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The scale could not be completed with the aid of low vision aids 2. Elderly people with oral diseases like oral cancer or oral injuries. 3. Elderly people with conditions like a nasogastric tube or nasointestinal tube. 4. Elderly people in a coma, with high fever, and suffering from severe heart and kidney diseases. 5. Those who are unwilling to participate
