Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Single pregnancy, normal bone and soft birth canal structures in parturient women; 2.Full term pregnancy at 38 weeks of gestation; 3.After entering the delivery room, the patient entered the active phase and was diagnosed with occipital posterior position by ultrasound; 4.Willing to be included in this study and sign an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women with mental illness cannot cooperate with prenatal ultrasound examination; 2.Unable to move freely; 3.Transfer to cesarean section due to maternal or fetal factors; 4.Vaginal active bleeding, intrauterine infection, and concomitant severe organic diseases; 5. Secondary uterine atony, actively corrected without reversal; 6.Those who are unable to maintain their position and voluntarily withdraw midway
