Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Tracheotomy was performed in patients with acquired brain injury; 2. Confirmed by CT and/or MRI scan; 3. Age 18-80 years old; 4. Course of disease 1 ~ 6 months; 5. Patients who cannot tolerate tube sealing and tracheal tube pulling out; 6. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with consciousness disturbance or artificial ventilator assisted ventilation; 2. There are obvious cognitive dysfunction; 3. Severe lung infection; 4. Patients who can not tolerate tracheal tube balloon venting; 5. Previous history of vocal cord paralysis, airway stenosis, tracheoesophageal fistula, epilepsy and seizure risk; 6. Any neuropsychiatric illness and obvious emotional disorder can affect the test results; 7. Any other factors affecting assessment and treatment.
