65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.If the preoperative pathological diagnosis was lung cancer or highly suspected lung cancer, thoracoscopic segmentectomy or lobectomy was performed for the first time. 2. Heart and lung function tests can tolerate surgery; 3. age >=65 years old; 4. able to walk independently; 5. patients could use the threshold pressure load inspiratory muscle trainer correctly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. received neoadjuvant therapy; 2.chest surgery and daily use of analgesics; 3.Participating in other intervention studies.
