18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with a deviated nasal septum according to diagnostic criteria, requiring septoplasty; Aged between 18 and 65, with no gender restrictions; Willing to undergo surgical treatment and able to consent to the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria Exclusion criteria for patients in the experimental group: History of benign/malignant nasal tumors or fungal sinusitis; Use of intranasal or systemic corticosteroids or antibiotics within 4 weeks prior to surgery. Exclusion criteria for patients in the control group: History of chronic rhinosinusitis, benign/malignant nasal tumors, fungal sinusitis, and allergic rhinitis; Use of intranasal or systemic corticosteroids or antibiotics within 4 weeks prior to surgery.
