Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes in Chinese guidelines for prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes (2020 edition) , newly diagnosed T2DM patients; 2.Patients undergoing CGM monitoring and undergoing oral glucose tolerance tests;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other types of diabetes; 2.Patients with acute complications of diabetes including diabetic ketoacidosis and hyperosmolar hyperglycemia; 3.Patients with acute infectious diseases, surgery, trauma, or other stressful conditions; 4.Patients taking glucocorticoids or immunomodulators; 5.Patients with severe cardiac, liver and renal dysfunction; 6.Pregnant and nursing patients; 7.Patients who did not undergo CGM and oral glucose tolerance testing during hospitalization; 8.Patients with incomplete case data;
