Group E (intramuscular injection of ephedrine):5min was injected intramuscularly with ephedrine 15mg before tourniquet loosening
group C (control group):Do not handle it
group M (intramuscular injection of methoxamine):methoxamine 5mg was injected into 5min before tourniquet loosening

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing elective lower limb fracture surgery. 2) Aged 65 years and above, regardless of sex. 3) ASA ?-?. 4) BMI 18~30kg/m^2. 5) clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and the informed consent form shall be signed by the person.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindications to spinal anesthesia; 2) Serious underlying diseases such as liver or renal insufficiency, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism, and malignant tumors; 3) hypertension with poor blood pressure control, arrhythmia or conduction abnormalities, and unstable angina or cardiomyopathy; 4) Recently given tricyclic antidepressants or monoamine oxidase inhibitors.
