Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary and middle school students within the age range of 8 and 17 years. (2) Students who are screened as overweight or obese in the monitoring of common diseases and health influencing factors of students. (3) Students and their parents who voluntarily participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Students or parents who are unwilling to participate in the project. (2) Students or parents who cannot understand and cooperate with this trial due to objective factors such as mental disease or educational level. (3) Students who are suffering from serious disease or undergoing major treatment (i.e. hemodialysis and chemotherapy).
