Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris based on clinical manifestations, histopathology, and immunological examination; 2.Age over 18 years old; 3.Treatment with glucocorticoids alone or a combination of glucocorticoids and low-dose MTX (10-15mg/w); 4.MTX usage time shall not be less than 4 weeks; 5. Follow up for more than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with severe underlying diseases (liver and kidney dysfunction, heart failure, etc.) or pregnancy that affect hormone or MTX dosage; Those who do not follow medical advice or change/adjust/stop treatment plans due to other systemic diseases; Those who use other immunosuppressants or biologics; Individuals with incomplete basic information or medical records.
