15 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Active swimmers, aged 15-26 years; (2) Special training years of 5 years or more, strength training experience of 3 years or more; (3) sports grade 1 and above; (4) There is no sports injury or disease that interferes with daily training; (5) No history of severe low back pain (has caused suspension or seriously affected training for more than a week); (6) Voluntarily submit to testing and training and comply with testing and training requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Unable to complete routine training due to illness or injury; (2) Severe low back pain, cardiovascular or nervous system problems, dizziness or balance disorders in the past six months, or related medical history; (3) In addition to the regular nutritional supplements of the sports team, additional medications or dietary supplements that may affect physical performance are being taken.
