(3) LEV plasma concentration was not lower than the quantitative lower line of the determination method; (4) No intracranial space-occupying lesions, vascular malformations or other progressive lesions were reported in cranial imaging. (5) no liver or kidney disease; (6) can accept routine blood drug concentration monitoring; (7) complete medical records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) The time point of blood collection did not conform to the design of this study, and the plasma concentration did not reach the steady-state trough concentration; (2) if the time of last medication was not clear, or LEV had been taken on the morning of blood drawing; (3) complicated with serious mental disorders or other serious diseases of the heart, lung, liver, kidney or blood system; (4) poor compliance, unable to take medicine on time; (5) incomplete cases.
