46 Years to 77 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) confirmed diagnosis of idiopathic PD with a modified Hoehn and Yahr disease severity assessment of stages 1-3; (2) capability of walking without a cane and standing without assistance; (3) normal cognitive ability, vision, and hearing; (4) regular use of drugs, no anticipated changes in PD medications; (5) other forms of exercise were not permitted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Parkinson’s superposition syndrome and secondary Parkinson’s syndromes (including those caused by drugs, toxic, vascular, hydrocephalus, trauma, neoplastic, etc.); (2) the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores less than 24;(3)defective walking or balance caused by cerebrovascular disease and bone or joint disease; (4) treatment with deep brain stimulation.
