Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 30 Han Chinese patients and 30 Kazakh patients who underwent elective general anesthesia surgery at Kuitun Hospital in Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture were selected. A total of 60 patients were divided into the Kazakh group (S group) and the Han group (H group). 2. The age of the patients in both groups ranged from 18 to 64 years old. 3. ASA grades I to II. 4. BMI ranging from 18.5 to 28 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in the study; 2. Allergic to propofol, fat emulsion, sufentanil, remifentanil, rocuronium; 3. Severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. History of OSAHS; 5. History of alcohol abuse or taking psychotropic drugs before the surgery; 6. Difficult airway.
