18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. no acute or chronic respiratory infections within 2 weeks before the experiment; 2. no sports injuries affecting lower limb activities; 3. non-smokers; 4. not taking drugs or consuming any sports drinks; 5.professional middle-distance runner 6. aged 18–35, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.subjects with respiratory problems, metabolic disorders, endocrine disorders, and cardiorespiratory problems; 2. poor subject compliance in the judgment of the investigator (unable to complete the study as required); 3. participation in other clinical trials of drugs or medical devices during the same period.
