Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, 18 years old = age =-35 years old; 2.(2) After mydriasis and optometry, equivalent spherical lens degree =-0.50 D and astigmatism =1.5D; 3.(3) The best corrected visual acuity in both eyes = 0.8; 4.(4) The dioptric interstitium of both eyes is transparent, and fixation is good, and can cooperate with the completion of various examinations; 5.(5) Normal intraocular pressure (10-21mmHg) in both eyes; 6.(6) No previous history of eye trauma or other eye diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The use of orthokeratology lenses, peripheral defocusing frame lenses, low-concentration atropine and other myopia prevention and control methods; 2. strabismus and ocular organic diseases, such as corneal uveitis, cataracts, glaucoma or vitreoretinopathy; 3. History of eye surgery; 4. Have a history of systemic diseases or a history of drug use in the past 1 month.
