Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? All patients admitted to EICU met the diagnostic criteria of neurocritical illness;Age =18 years old;? VTE risk assessment is high risk;? The patient's family members sign the informed consent;? No anticoagulant contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? poor coagulation function, ? installation of cardiac pacemaker, ? skin infection at electroacupuncture site, ? fracture at electroacupuncture site, ? acute heart failure, ? acute myocardial infarction, ? venous thrombosis of lower extremity, ? vascular malformation of lower extremity, ? family members requested withdrawal or termination of the investigator, ? the length of hospitalization was less than 14 days.
