Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Craniotomy patients who received general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation in the Department of Neurosurgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University (Qianfoshan Hospital, Shandong Province) from 2017 to 2023; ? Patients aged = 18 years; ? ASA I-V patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in pregnancy during hospitalization; 2. Patients with a history of surgery and blood transfusion within 30 days before surgery; 3. Patients lacking imaging and laboratory diagnosis records before surgery and within 30 days after surgery; 4. Patients with pulmonary complications such as pneumonia, pleural effusion, pneumothorax, acute respiratory distress syndrome or respiratory failure before surgery.
