group A:esketamine 0.25 mg/kg was infused within 40min
group B:The same volume of normal saline as esketamine was infused within 40min

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-70 years old; 2) Physical status ?-? of the American Society of Anesthesiologists; 3) Patients with OSAS who plan to undergo nasal surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP), weight loss metabolism surgery (BMS) and other general anesthesia operations under general anesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) recent history of fever infection; 2) Those who are unable to cooperate due to cognitive, linguistic, visual or hearing impairment or mental illness; 3) Application history of steroid or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in recent 1 month; 4) History of severe respiratory or cardiovascular diseases; 5) There are contraindications for the use of estaketamine, such as severe hypertension, glaucoma, increased intracranial pressure and hyperthyroidism; 6) Refusing to sign the informed consent;
