Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of Severe Acute Pancreatitis complies with the 'Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis in China (2021 edition) 2. Age = 18 years old; 3. Diagnosed with infected pancreatic necrosis, with diagnostic criteria including: the presence of gas bubbles within the pancreatic necrotic tissue on CT scan, or positive bacterial culture from fine needle aspiration, peritoneal drainage fluid, or surgical specimen.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors, immunosuppression, or pregnancy 2. Patients who discontinue treatment due to non-medical factors
