Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 years or older (2) Patients hospitalized for acute decompensated heart failure in the Department of Cardiology, West China Hospital, Sichuan University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with severe lung disease (previous diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis, emphysema, COPD) (2) Pregnant; (3) Assessing physical conditions unsuitable for wearing the ReDS™ non-invasive pulmonometer, including but not limited to: BMI39kg/m2, or height 195cm, or flail chest, etc. (ReDS™ test is required for patients with a BMI of 20-22kg/m2, and for patients with a height of 150-155cm to ensure physical fitness); (4) Malignant tumor; (5) Reluctance to participate; (6) Doctors consider him/her inappropriate to participate in this study.
