Interventions

Test group 1:Peripheral defocus lenses were worn in both eyes.
Test group 2:For myopic eyes, peripheral defocus lenses were worn, and for emmetropic eyes, ordinary flat lenses were worn.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged 7 to 13 years old 2: the spherical equivalent of one eye ranged from-0.75 D to-3.00 D and the best corrected visual acuity of one eye was = 1.0.;The spherical equivalent of the other eye ranged from + 0.75D to-0.25D and the uncorrected visual acuity was = 1.0; Astigmatism = 0.75D, binocular anisometropia = 1.00D 3: no myopia intervention has been performed before 4: amplitude of accommodation within the normal range ( minimum AMP = 15-0.25 * age )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: There is strabismus in the near or far 2: other eye diseases or eye surgery history 3: systemic disease or long-term medication history 4: unable to cooperate with inspectors 5: patients with anisometropia who cannot tolerate frame glasses
