Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old; 2. Patients undergoing elective surgery; 3. Anesthesia method: local or general anesthesia; 4. Patients undergoing eye surgery in our hospital for the first time; 5. Can use smart phones and can operate wechat application software; 6. Voluntary participation in research and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who cannot cooperate with preoperative visit due to psychological or physiological disorders; 2. Patients who voluntarily cancel surgery and are not eligible for follow-up.
