Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years; 2.Gestational age < 13 weeks at the time of establishing the Maternal and Child Health Handbook; 3.Singleton pregnancy; 4.Plan to receive prenatal care services and delivery at this hospital; 5.Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe pregnancy complications and comorbidities; 2.Individuals with hearing, speech, or intellectual disabilities; 3.Individuals with a history of severe mental disorders.
