Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-60 years old (including 18 and 60 years old), gender not limited; 2. Clinical diagnosis of fibrous epulis; 3. Gingival tumors only affect the adjacent and/or buccal gums of the affected tooth, with a maximum diameter of 0.3cm = 1.2cm, a looseness of the affected tooth = I °, good oral hygiene, and a gingival index (GI) of 0-1 = 80%; 4. X-ray examination showed no significant alveolar bone resorption in the affected teeth; 5. Preoperative blood routine, coagulation, serum and other routine examinations showed no significant abnormalities; 6. For patients with periodontitis, periodontal basic treatment has been completed within one month before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The affected tooth has restorations or fillings; 2. Individuals with uncontrolled systemic diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Individuals with mental or intellectual disabilities.
