Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumor confirmed by pathology; 2. Sleep in accordance with the following conditions: sleep time =30 min; Wake up =2 times throughout the night; Early waking and decreased sleep quality; Total sleep time =6h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The age of the subject is under 18 years old; 2. Patients with sleep apnea syndrome; 3. Hammiston Depression Scale (HAMD) score =7 points; 4.ASA Level IV; 5. Visual analogue scale (VAS) of pain at night =4 points; 6. Patients with ropivacaine allergy; 7. People with coagulation disorders; 8. There are serious complications: such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, severe liver and kidney dysfunction or heart failure; 9. Others are unable to cooperate with researchers.
