18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.= 18 years old. 2. He was treated in many centres such as Shao Yifu Hospital (group leader unit) of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and was diagnosed with left-east branch block heart failure (LVEF less than 35%). Patients need to be treated with re-synchronous treatment. 3. Participate in this study voluntarily and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis is unclear; 2. Patients with acute myocardial infarction, cardiac surgery, and severe aortic stenosis; 3. Unable to participate in follow-up for various reasons; 4. Active infection; 5. Pregnancy is expected within a year; 6. Various metabolic diseases that may affect the results of this study; 7.Weakable groups, including: people with mental illness, people with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, pregnant women, illiterate, etc. 8. Any other conditions that the investigator did not consider appropriate for participation in the study.
