Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Kawasaki disease inclusion criteria (including complete Kawasaki disease and incomplete Kawasaki disease) : children with fever and 4 of the following 5 symptoms can be diagnosed, including (1) changes in the lip mucosa: red and chapped lips, red strawberry tongue or oral pharyngeal mucosa; (2) Bilateral non-exudative conjunctival congestion; (3) Rash: maculopapular, diffuse erythema or pleomorphic erythema; (4) Changes in extremities endings: redness and swelling of hands and feet in acute phase, membrane-like peeling at the skin transition of nail bed in subacute phase; (5) Non-suppurative cervical lymph nodes are large, > 1.5cm in diameter, usually unilateral. If a child has fever for =5 days but only has 2-3 of the other 5 clinical features of Kawasaki disease, excluding other diseases, with or without coronary artery damage, incomplete Kawasaki can be diagnosed. If there is coronary artery injury, Kawasaki disease with coronary artery injury group. 2. Inclusion criteria for Kawasaki disease with coronary artery injury: Z-value is used to define coronary artery dilation. When the Z-value of coronary artery diameter is =2.5, it is called coronary artery dilation. If the examiner cannot use Z-value, the traditional coronary artery diameter method can still be used to diagnose coronary artery dilation (<5 years old: =3mm; =5 years old: =4mm) Admission criteria for fever control group: (1) Fever =5 days (body temperature =38?); (2) No history of Kawasaki disease, autoimmune disease, allergic disease or cardiovascular disease.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete clinical data; (2) Patients who have used IVIG or hormone therapy in other hospitals; (3) Have other organic diseases, immune diseases and metabolic diseases or refuse to participate in the study.
