Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Received a diagnosis of schizophrenia in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases (10th edition) (ICD-10) criteria by at least 2 psychiatrists with the title of attending physician or above; (2) under management of Shanghai Mental Health Information Management Network in study sites till 1st Sept, 2024; (3) aged above 18 years; (4) Having lived in Shanghai for at least 6 months, with no plan to leave or settle down in other cities within 6 months; (5) able to finish the questionnaire and other assessments, whether by the patient himself/herself or guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of organic, affective or other mental disorders; (2) not providing informed consent.
