Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Separation of rectus abdominis>2cm, ? Pelvic floor muscle strength = level 3 (European pelvic floor muscle strength assessment method), ? Within 42 days to six months postpartum, Age = 50 years old, ?Has not undergone any abdominal surgery other than cesarean section, ?Sign an informed consent form, ? Normal cognitive function.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who have undergone lumbar spine surgery, ?Patients with severe cardiovascular and gynecological diseases, ? patients with surgical scar rupture, ? patients with malignant tumors, ? patients with acute inflammation of the urinary and reproductive systems, ? patients with neurological and mental system diseases, such as epilepsy or dementia, ? patients with synchronous cardiac pacemakers, ? patients with muscle or joint injuries that have not recovered or osteoporosis, ? patients with contraindications for electrical stimulation treatment,?Re pregnant patient, ?Severe depression.
