Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Head CT scan confirmed the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage; 2. a definite history of hypertension; 3. The volume of supratentorial bleeding was 20-30 ml, and the GCS score was 12-14 at admission. 4. stable vital signs without cerebral hernia; 5. aged from 18 to 80 years old; 6. Ensure that none of the enrolled patients took anticoagulant drugs before operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable vital signs and moderate to severe coma; 2. patients with serious medical diseases (heart function, liver and kidney dysfunction) who could not tolerate surgery; 3. patients with cerebrovascular malformation or intracranial aneurysm detected by cerebrovascular examination; 4. patients with significantly abnormal coagulation function; 5. GCS less than 12 points, more than 14 points.
