Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age =18 years; 2.It meets the diagnostic criteria of China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018, and has been confirmed by Computer computed tomography (CT) or Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 3.The patient was admitted to the hospital within 24 hours of onset, and the MRI examination was completed within 24 hours of onset;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage and other bleeding diseases; 2.The time of onset is not clear, or the time of onset is not recorded correctly; 3.The MRI was performed after reperfusion therapy; 4.The sequence of MRI examinations was incomplete;
