Stellate ganglion block group:Before the operation, the right stellate ganglion block was performed with 5ml of 0.375% ropivacaine under ultrasound guidance.
Sphenopalatine ganglion block group:Before the operation, sphenopalatine ganglion block was performed by injecting 1ml of 0.375% ropivacaine into each pterygopalatine foramen under bilateral nasal end

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients classified as ASA grade I~II 2. Patients aged between 18 and 60 years old 3. Patients undergoing nasal endoscopy under general anesthesia 4. Patients with normal neck movement and no history of trauma and surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients or family members who are unable or unwilling to cooperate 2.Patients with puncture site infection 3.Patients with local anesthetic allergy 4.Patients with bleeding disorders, chronic pain
