18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are as follows: 1) Chinese; 2) Aged between 18-65 years old; 3) Body mass index (BMI) from 23.0 to less than 25.0 kg/m2 is classified as overweight and BMI 25.0 kg/m2 or above is classified as obese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are as follows: 1) Participated in the similar programs during the past 6 months; 2) Presence of cardiovascular, respiratory, neurologic, musculoskeletal, metabolic and/or endocrine diseases.
