18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 18 years; 2.Diagnosed with HCC confirmed by imaging or pathology; 3.Stage B according to the Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) staging system; 4.Undergoing initial interventional therapy; 5.Provided informed consent and agreed to participate in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prior to interventional therapy, the patient has undergone surgery, radiofrequency ablation, radiotherapy, or targeted drug therapy; 2.History of other malignant tumors; 3.Severe hepatic dysfunction (Child-Pugh Class C), including jaundice, hepatic encephalopathy, or refractory ascites; 4.Uncorrectable coagulopathy; 5.Renal impairment, with serum creatinine >2 mg/dL or creatinine clearance <30 mL/min; 6.Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), such as claustrophobia or metallic implants;
