Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients were in general good condition before surgery, without any significant organ diseases that could affect the surgery or prognosis. All patients underwent preoperative neck color Doppler ultrasound, which showed no suspicious signs of central lymph node metastasis. Pathological reports were available for all patients after surgery. All patients signed informed consent forms before enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of major illnesses was present, and preoperative examinations indicated the presence of central lymph node metastasis.
