65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 65 years and older; (2) Frailty Status for the Elderly: At least 1 point; (3) Self-awareness of memory deterioration or indicated MCI by Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) cut-points adjust for education level; (4) Available Chinese and Taiwanese communicators; (5) Voluntary participation and signature of informed consent, but have not participated or been invited to participate in any other research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe communication difficulties; (2) inability to exercise independently or requires other’s assistance to exercise; (3) inability to lift the head or neck; (4) current use of anticholinergics, benzodiazepine, or antihistamines; (5) aspiration pneumonia; (6) having a tracheotomy; (7) Nneuromuscular disorders or Dementia.
