18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with CKD according to KDIGO guidelines; 3.eGFR=25ml/min/1.73m^2; 4. Receiving finelidone treatment; 5. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Immunoactive diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, ANCA-associated small vasculitis, etc.; 2. Autosomal dominant or autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease; 3. Patients with podocytosis and other serious primary diseases; 4. Have a history of organ transplantation; 5. There is no research record after enrollment.
