Age

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The subjects in the elderly group are between 60 and 75 years old, and the subjects in the young group are between 18 and 30 years old 2) No active ear disease 3) No other confirmed ear disease or surgical history affecting hearing 4) No hereditary (congenital) deafness 5) Able to cooperate with relevant inspection items and complete relevant questionnaires under the guidance of investigators 6) Voluntary consent and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) conductive deafness 2) Asymmetric hearing loss (bilateral mean hearing threshold difference > 15dB) 3) Active ear disease 4) Hereditary (congenital) deafness 5) Severe cognitive impairment 6) Serious central system diseases (cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, brain tumors, etc.) 7) Patients who were not considered suitable for participation in this study by the investigators
